Due to the perishable nature of our freshly baked goods, we cannot accept returns once products have left our bakeries. If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours for a resolution or replacement.

    If there is a problem with your bake, email our support team with your order number and a photo of the item in question.

    Our bakery team will review your feedback to determine if the product fell short of our GAIL's GAIL's craftsmanship guidelines.

    Resolution

    Approved claims will be resolved via a digital refund to your original payment method or a credit for your next visit.
