Sour Cherry and Chocolate Scone

An American inspired bake which is a cross between a scone and a cookie. It has a cookie-like crust and a soft giving internal texture. Similar in appearance to an English rock cake but with different texture. With dried sour cherries and dark chocolate chips.

May contain cherry stones.
